Yakima Transit has teamed up with Yakima Parks and Recreation to bring you FREE bus rides this summer. With every paid admission to Lions Pool, Franklin Pool, or YMCA Rotary Aquatic Center Pools (5th North Naches in Yakima or 38 River Road in Yakima) you will receive two bus passes! One for the trip home and one for your next pool adventure.

Ultimately both programs will help a lot of working parents in Yakima.

The facility which includes a new YMCA and aquatic center will open at 5:00 a.m. Thursday. Tours are offered on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and people can sign up to become a member.
