I need somebody to make a list of all the Halloween stuff happening in the Yakima Valley because I have the memory of a gnat. I decided to be the change I want to see and create my own list.

Casper's Old-Fashioned Coffee Shop Halloween Drive-Thru

This one's solely for the kids! Those under the age of 12 who get a free 10 oz. drink for just a PENNY, whilst the kids ages 13 to 18 can get a 16 oz. drink for two bucks.

Yakima Halloween Haunt presented by Yakima Parks & Rec
Friday, October 15th

Get some pizza at Yakima Public Works and then ride along for some haunted house hopping. $18 for Yakima residents; $20 for non-residents. Preregister by calling (509) 575-6020.
Halloween Egg Hunt hosted by Yakima Parks and Recreation
Sunday, October 17th
Kiwanis Park, 1501 E Maple St, Yakima
The kids will love this Halloween adventure. Make sure they bring a flashlight because this egg hunt is in the dark! Yakima Parks and Rec say they will have THOUSANDS OF EGGS thrown all about the softball field at the park. This event is for kids who are toddlers and up to age 10 only, sorry!

$10 for active "Civilian Entry"; $20 for "Armed Recruits"
"Kill everything in your path and make it out alive! Hunt or be hunted." Sounds like a gentle family bonding game (hee, hee)! Admission is $10 just to walk through as a Haunted House. $20 if you want to arm up with a shotgun and take out some zombies.
Hallowwine Charity Bash presented by Milbrandt Vineyards and Ryan Patrick Wines

This event is a food bank fundraiser. You can enjoy "Vampire" cookies and buy something from one of the vendors on site. Make your reservation here.
Hop Capital Geeks Who Drink Halloween Trivia Night
Tuesday, October 6:30 to 8 p.m.

This place is fun! Wide-open spaces inside the brewery. Come prepared for a fun trivia night. Come dressed up in your costume for added heightened drama.

Pumpkin Festival at Bill's Berry Farm
Now thru October 30th, Thursdays through Saturdays.

Some additional activities on the berry farm are "pay-as-you-go".
No admission fee to enjoy the berry farm! You can squeeze your own apple juice, let the kids run around in the Kids Area, partake of the U-Pick farm, and eat some of the many treats available, including yummy donuts.

Celebrate the month of October with the pumpkin patch, hay maze, and delicious apples that are picked throughout the month. You can press your own cider on the weekends, too. Try their smoothies, ice cream, and root beer floats!
Haunted Weekend at Camp Dudley, hosted by YMCA Yakima
October 22-24

$140 per child, Ages 8-14 only.
Kids show up on Friday and go home on Sunday. A campy and kid-friendly spooky getaway in the woods. Food and activities are included in the camp. Register your child here.
Halloween Drive-In Double Feature Movie Night hosted by NewLeaders Yakima County and United Way Central Washington
Saturday, October 23rd, this is an 18+ only event.
CM Holzinger Fruit, 1312 N 6th Ave, Yakima
View Night of the Living Dead and House on Haunted Hill and this event includes a costume contest. Tickets are FREE but you need to pre-register here. Bring your own FOOD!
Yakima Sports Center Halloween Party
Saturday, October 30th, 8:30-11:30 p.m.

This event will host a live band and a costume contest. Sounds like fun!
