Life has a funny way of putting people in your path, right when you need them! Ever considered getting yourself a life coach?

Right now you might be saying, what even IS a life coach? I wasn't sure either when I invited Emily Jameson, a certified life coach, to come on the show but after a few minutes of vetting her, I was hooked!

She will be the first person to tell you she is not a therapist and she isn't wanting to dive into why your Mother didn't hold you as a baby. What she is interested in is finding out what your goals and dreams are, what you want out of life and why you're not there yet.

We all face roadblocks and Emily specializes in reading between the lines and helping you become the best version of yourself. Not by telling you what to do but by guiding the 10% of your working brain with the 90% of your unconscientious brain that's holding you back.

It's about learning how to put your best foot forward, the real you. Not the one you have concocted because of what you think society, your partner, or your family wants out of you. Working towards finding your voice and learning how to use it with confidence. You can book her for a full session and to begin testing the waters I invited you to join the show on Fridays in the 11 am hour as we dive into topics that she, I, and our listeners are dealing with. No one is a lonely island when it comes to their situations and the more we learn, the more we grow and the better versions of ourselves we become.

Fill out the form below with your struggle and let Emily read between those lines to move you to the next level!
