In a fitting tribute to the hop capitol of the United States, Bale Breaker Brewing has released their latest brew and also pay tribute to their home in Moxee.

The India Pale Ale (IPA) is called "Moxee Made" and is even available for home delivery! The brew is 6.2% ABV (Alcohol By Volume) and rates a 45 on the IBU scale which measures the hop content.

Recently, I had the pleasure of taking a first-hand tour of the expanded brewery thanks to Casey Stephenson. It was a mind-blowing experience punctuated by the news that a new beer was being rolled out that featured the name of my adopted hometown and current residence.

Much to my delight and surprise, a case of "Moxee Made" arrived via UPS over the weekend!

Bale Breaker Brewing Rolls Out Latest Brew in Rotator Series

While I have a sft spot in my heart for Bale Breaker's brews, there are still a number of other Yakima Valley and Northwest beers that rate high on my list. They include:

* Snipes Mountain Brewing (Sunnyside, WA) - Porter
* Red Hook Brewery (Seattle, WA) - Extra Special Bitter aka ESB
* Ten Pin Brewing (Moses Lake, WA) - Pineapple Wheat Ale
* Ninkasi Brewery (Eugene, OR) - Oatmeal Stout
* Bert Grant's Scottish Ale

I highly recommend any and all of these and, if you want to try the new "Moxee Made" from the comfort of your own home, click the link below for shipping details.

While craft beer has certainly exploded in popularity across the country the last 20 years, many folks still like a cocktail or other beverage.
