After dodging rumors that they were together for a long while, Toni Braxton and Birdman finally admitted they were in a relationship-- and actually engaged.

Now, Braxton is detailing the specifics for their upcoming nuptials. According to Page Six, the wedding will have a Great Gatsby theme.

“This is my second wedding, and I’m over 40,” she told People. “It’s like Carrie Bradshaw, the last bride. It’ll be elegant and a little sexy..."

Braxton, who is 50, says she and the Cash Money mogul, 49, had been best friends for years, but things took a romantic turn in 2016, when she suffered a flare up due to her bout with lupus.

Every day I had a show, he came," the singer remembers.

Back in January, Braxton told Angie Martinez that contrary to popular perception, Birdman is actually a gentleman and "very traditional.'

“He’s a gentleman,” Braxton said. “He’s such a gentleman. Opening doors … I promise you.”

Birdman went on the Wendy Williams Show earlier this year, where he declared his undying love for the Grammy-winning singer.

"That’s my love, my soldier, my life — she’s my everything," he said, "She’s my life -- I love her to death." Birdman said he and Braxton have been friends for nearly 20 years. "That’s my girl, my friend, my family."

On the music side, Braxton's latest album, Sex & Cigarettes is performing well on the charts. Her latest single, “Long as I Live,” moved from 11 to 10 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Songs chart, marking her 17th top 10 song on radio.
