I try to go to the gym every other day. No, it's not a resolution. I just try to keep active. Mainly to get the benefits from exercising -- gain more energy and get some muscle on my bones And lose my frybread gut.

But I've noticed when I do exercise, it throws off my sleep schedule. I go to a gym that is open 24 hours.
