10 Really Fun Things to Do in Yakima Valley This Weekend With or Without the Kids
Who wouldn't enjoy doing something fun this weekend in the Yakima Valley? There are so many things to get into, whether you want to go solo, take a cute date, or bring the kids along for the ride. Fortunately, we have the Yakima Valley Visitor's Center to keep us hip on all the happenings about the Valley any given day or weekend!
I have cherry-picked for you a great list of 10 really fun things to do in Yakima Valley this weekend. The list contains everything from roller skating, to live music, wineries, arts and crafts, special prime rib dinners, an art gallery exhibit, and the theatre! I hope you find something fun!

Jacob Lawrence Art Exhibit at Larson Gallery

This art exhibit will take you on a journey through the civil rights era and beyond with these special prints from the artist from 1971 thru 1997. His art is described as "dynamic cubism" and has elements of the Harlem Renaissance. Lawrence died in Seattle and some of his art is included in the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the Seattle Art Museum.

Freehand Cellars is my second favorite winery in the Valley. It's so swanky and the staff and the grounds have great vibes! My first favorite winery is Two Mountain Winery in Zillah if you must know!
