We're trying to stay positive here. Not COVID-19 positive mind you, but a positive pro football state of mind.

With so much still up in the air about fashioning a plan that weaves us all back into a new normal, and it's literally different state-by-state as you travel across America, we will just plow forward and take a peek at the Seahawks schedule this year. Seattle will start and end the year on the road, Atlanta and San Francisco, respectively.

The early part of the campaign will include two NBC Sunday Night Football broadcasts within the first five weeks of the season.

After opening the year on the road at Mercedes Benz Stadium against the Falcons, the peacock nationally televised home opener in Week 2 is against the Tom Brady-less New England Patriots at CenturyLink Field. Do you think Cam Newton will be a Patriot by then?

Seattle also gets the NBC treatment in Week 5 hosting the Vikings. Another home national broadcast on FOX and the NFL Network takes place when Arizona comes to Seattle in Week 11.

The only other nationally televised game, (flex scheduling notwithstanding) in which Seattle will participate, will be as a visitor, in the following week, Week 12, going to the City of Brotherly Love to play Philadelphia on ESPN.
