Paws in the Pool is This Sunday!

Every year on the last day of operation, Franklin Park's pool is open to our four-legged friends and their owners. Look for the 13th annual "Paws in the Pool" event to happen from 2-4 p.m. this Sunday (Aug. 25th). Dogs swim for free, but their 2 legged friends will have to pay, check out the Yakima Parks & Recreation website for prices! Make sure your pond-lovin' pooch is current on vaccinations, friendly and obedient, and on a leash (until in the pool). Donations are welcome, and more info can be found at YakimaHumane.org.
