New Thrift Shop Coming to West Valley Area

I just drove by and noticed this sign for the first time. I had to share it with you!

Summit Thrift is a part of the Yakima Union Gospel Mission and is going in next to Safeway on 56th and Summitview in the old Rite-Aid location. Looks like things are coming along nicely in hopes to launch for their May 1 opening date.

If you drive by the side they already have a donations banner set up with a truck parked there. If you have donations for the good of the cause, might be worth dropping off your items there.

I heard rumors of this happening but the signs posted is one step closer to having a new thrift shop in the area. I can't wait!
