Yakima Humane Society’s Summer Bash Is This Saturday!
“Paws in the air, like you just don’t care!” Yakima Humane Society has done many great things for many people and pets! Now they want to do some celebrating as well as help our furry friends! And the celebration is happening this Saturday!
With the first Yakima Humane Society Summer Bash coming up, tails are wagging with excitement for this exciting party in the park!
"Join us at Sherman Park next the Yakima Humane Society on July 22nd for a fun-filled adoption event in the park. We have some amazing vendors lined up with food, tattoos, merchandise, and more!"
- YHS Facebook Page
The fun starts at 10am and runs until 3pm. Many animals will be up for adoption, but if you aren't ready to bring home a new friend and family member, there are plenty more attractions for you! The event is free, but any donation to the Yakima Humane Society is greatly appreciated, even if your donation is time and attention to the pups at the event!
Food trucks, craft vendors, pets to play with, music, tattoos! This is shaping up to be a fun day in the park! Sherman Park is located right outside the Yakima Humane Society's shelter at 2405 W. Birtchfield Rd. on the Yakima Greenway by the Arboretum.
Great businesses like Pitch & Pine Coffee, Glitterbug Bowtique, Sweets By Eleeza, UNHappy Hon Shaved Ice, & Crave Ink Yakima (to name a few) are helping make this event put on by the Yakima Humane Society a success, come out and have some fun and make some tails wag!
