    If you are feeling tired, have aching feet, a really bad sunburn, nausea and the like, try smelling scents loaded with peppermint.

    Lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit-based aromas are purported to lift you out of those blues. You can even use these fragrances to help eliminate a funky-smell (which is why you find a lot of detergents, dishwashing liquids, and household cleaning products scented with lemon).
