Five students from Zillah High School were injured Wednesday after wind carried a bouncy house up in the air with the kids still inside. Authorities say one of the students was airlifted in critical condition to Astria Regional Medical Center. The other four were treated for minor injuries at Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital.

Zillah High School officials say in a news release that the accident happened at about 2:30 p.m. when a gust of wind picked up the bouncy house that was on the school football field and carried it almost 300 feet. School administration is now looking into how the inflatable was secured before the incident happened.
