The rental comes with hookups for a washer and dryer so that you won't have to pay all that money at the laundromat. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. You can get cable installed by your preferred cable company. There is a security system available. Yes, there is an air conditioner inside the apartment which is great news for the Yakima summertime heat! Balcony or patio options are included plus it comes with standard kitchen appliances along with a disposal.
A 2-bedroom apartment is available at Englewood Gardens as well. It comes with all of the standard stuff for a 1 bedroom plus two (2) bathrooms! You'll have to call them for a price quote, though.

It's worth checking out this listing here. You'll have to pay a hefty damage deposit ($1,000). Don't even THINK about having any pets (dogs) over 30 lbs. Central air and heating, so that's a good thing. You'll have to pay all the utilities, so I'm guessing that includes water, sewage, and gas. There is a DISHWASHER, fireplace, hardwood floors and a fenced-in yard! Ahhh, c'est la vie! (Pet deposit fee is $300 and the criminal background/credit check fee will be 70 bucks, by the way.)
