Baby Joel and the Chief Engineer!

This may seem hella random. It is.  The picture is of me and our chief engineer.

Tim Schall is his name and he is funny as f&^k!  He has been in the game for 37 years and is also a proud father. We rode together for about three hours in his truck on the way to our sister stations in the Tri-Cities the other day.

The best thing about the chief engineer is you never see him coming. That is truly the way he likes it, though. Trust me, I have been around the block many times over and have come across some COOL cats. Tim has to be in my top three for real.

He not only did mornings on KFFM, he also built the Mega 99.3 studio that I am broadcasting out of. He reminds me so much of my brother E-mac.

What really got me on my ass laughing is his one-liners and humor. Matter of fact, he gave me the liberty of using them. Salute! One of his parenting philosophies mirrors my mother's. That shows me that his daughters are very blessed to have a father like him.  Thank you for making me laugh and showing me the importance of being "local."
