The curtain is about to go up! After 18 long months, a worldwide pandemic, and empty theatre seats, the Warehouse Theatre Company in Yakima has announced that 'the show will go on!'
The Warehouse Theatre Company, providing quality local theatre entertainment since 1947, is excited to reopen its doors to audiences this September. WTC has revealed the four titles in its 2021 - 2022 season of plays. On tap, two musicals, and two plays.
Warehouse Theatre Company Kicks Off the 2021 - 2022 Season with 'Clue: On Stage'
The season opens on September 17 with Clue: On Stage. All the characters from the classic board game - Scarlet, Plum, White, Green, Peacock, and Mustard – are there in this madcap comedy. This hilarious play will keep you guessing and laughing until the end. Runs through October 2nd, 2021.
WTC's Holiday Offering is 'Little Women: The Broadway Musical.'
Yes, based on Louisa May Alcott's life, you know the story of Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy and you'll fall in love with their story set to a wonderful musical score. As has been our tradition with the Warehouse Theatre Company, the holiday season show will kick off on Thanksgiving night and run through December 11th.
Warehouse Theatre in February Presents: The Savannah Sipping Society
Peeking into 2022, WTC's winter show is a hilarious comedy The Savannah Sipping Society. Audiences will love these four Southern women and be amazed and amused at what they're willing to do to shake things up in their lives. Hang on, it's a laugh-a-minute ride!
Rounding out the WTC’s 74th season will be the musical: 'Little Shop of Horrors'
Opening May 5th, 'Little Shop' is a musical mix of sci-fi and Broadway magic. This one has been on the Warehouse Theatre's to-do list for years, and post-pandemic Spring of 2022 it's finally happening!
