Yakima Sheriff Brian Winter Named Grand Marshal For Sunfair Parade

Yakima Sunfair Festival Association and Yakima Chamber of Commerce have announced that Yakima County Sheriff Brian Winter has been named as the Grand Marshal of the 57th Sunfair Parade.

Sheriff Winter has had an distinguished career in the military. He started in the Marine Corps 1981 and, over the years, spent many tours of duty overseas.
In his civilian career he served on the Union Gap Police force and in 2014 he became the Yakima County Sheriff.
