According to the numbers posted on Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman's website, Yakima County failed to pull up the rear when it came to turning out the vote in yesterday's election.

Yakima was next to last with a paltry 22.41% of registered voters (115,873) bothering to cast a ballot.

Only the slackers in Skagit County (16.54%) didn't show up in droves more than us here in Central Washington. Tiny Garfield County led the way with a whopping 77.91%.
