Hey Seattle Seahawks Fans Wilson and Wagner Jerseys: Keep? Toss?
Seahawks news this week has many fans asking a lot of questions.
Social media is thick with posts and comments by Hawk fans wondering what now? Will these changes pay off in the long run? Is management out of their minds or are they geniuses? No matter how you view these roster moves, there's one question we all have to answer.
What do Seahawks Fans do With Their Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner Jerseys?
Perhaps it sounds trite, but diehard 12s like me have a very important system in place when it comes to showing our Seahawks allegiance. There's 'Blue Friday', where you wear your Seahawks apparel of choice to show support for the upcoming game on Sunday. Of course, if the game is on Monday or Thursday, you sport those supportive togs on gameday. It's a rule. You can Google it but trust me, it's a thing.
Now, the wearing of Seahawks articles of clothing can continue, uninterrupted for those wise enough to have purchased a 12 FAN jersey, because those never become obsolete. To those fans, I salute your wisdom.
Then again, there are many fans who invested the money in jerseys of players who are no longer on the team - Marshawn, Sherm, Cam, Earl, heck, I even see a lot of Hasselbeck, Shawn Alexander, Largent, Zorn jerseys now, and then. Hey, if you dropped $100+ on a jersey - you want to get your money's worth out of it.
So I'm considering my next move. Should I go back to my personalized #62 jersey? it's wearing out, yes, but I don't plan on getting traded by the team, so it should be useable for a while. Plus - there's currently no #62 on the roster. I only got one season out of my Wagner #54. What are you planning to do? Am I alone in my confusion? Message me on the station app and let me know.
