Every week throughout the school year, the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association names their student-athletes for "outstanding performances and impactful contributions in their communities." This week, a standout performance by a West Valley Rams Sophomore Quarterback got the nod.

An online petition has been created and is looking to collect 15,000 electronic "signatures" to present to the Washington Interscholastic Athletics Association to allow for more people to attend games, matches and events.
