The fire was reported at about 8:20 pm Sunday behind Roche Fruit and 1st Avenue and Lincoln.

Yakima Fire Department Firefighters were called to the fire at about 8:20 pm. Roche Fruit is located in the 600 block N 1st Ave.

They say the 53-year-old driver caused significant damage to the gate pushing it open at about 6:40 pm Sunday.

Both men were taken to Mulitcare Yakima Memorial Hospital for treatment.
