Car tabs actually expire before the end of the month! That's not the way it used to be in the "good old days".

I just renewed my car tabs in March, and if my memory serves me correctly, I ended up paying about $45. YIKES!
Now the Yakima City Council wants to add an additional $19 to your car tab license fees. My wallet just croaked.
