Should Telecommuters Be Invited to the Company Christmas Party?

It's that time of year when companies and businesses host their yearly Christmas parties.

But what about telecommuters -- those employees who don't physically work in the building anymore? They technically work for the company, but maybe work from home -- perhaps in another city -- while they do their part for your company.

Should they still be invited to the company Christmas party?
