The league and fans alike have been buzzing since Diddy made it known that he wants to buy the North Carolina Panthers since the current controlling owner, Jerry Richardson, is on his way out, following sexual harassment allegations and accusations that he used racial slurs.

TMZ caught up with ex-baller and FS1's Undisputed co-host Shannon Sharpe, to get his take on the mogul's latest business interest, and Colin Kaepernick potentially coming on as an owner. Basically, Sharpe says Kaep as an owner shouldn't really be a consideration.

"He still has his pending lawsuit against the NFL," he reminds the TMZ person. "If he feels they had him black balled as a player, I don't know what he thinks they would do as an owner."

In the end, Sharpe says that he thinks Kaep should be a quarterback.

"Ownership should be something that he's thinking about down the line," he says. "Kaep's not even 30 years old yet, so he should be thinking about being an NFL quarterback. He has the talent; he just needs someone to give him the opportunity."
