The Seattle Kraken NHL team is hosting 2 important hockey nights in November for a more inclusive gaming experience. They want to make sure that everyone residing in Washington state feels welcomed and excited to attend the Kraken games and have been having fun with upcoming themed nights for a variety of social circles.

If you are a veteran, you will be warmly received on Friday, November 11th, which happens to coincide with our national Veteran's Day holiday. Get tickets from Ticketmaster here. Seats for the Seattle Kraken's "Veterans and Remembrance Day" game against Minnesota Wild start at $85+ each.

The Kraken are also having a very special night for Hockey Fights Cancer, a foundation that provides a way for NHL hockey players to interact with cancer survivors and their families. The foundation works in partnership with American Cancer Society and the Canadian Cancer Society. Special jerseys, hats, and t-shirts are available for the inclusive gaming night when the Seattle Kraken take on the New York Rangers. Players will use lavender hockey sticks, the scoreboard dashboard will also be turned lavender, and announcers will wear special lavender ties. Tickets start at $80+ each for the cheap seats. Buy them here.

A fire has been lit in Washington state hockey fans with the addition of the official Seattle Kraken mascot, Buoy. His name is actually pronounced "Boo-eee" but some fans affectionately call him, "BOYeeee!" No matter what you choose to call Buoy, his enthusiasm and sassy attitude are contagious. He is, after all, the alleged nephew of the Fremont Troll under the bridge in Seattle.
