    Freaky Friday

    Casey Family Programs, 404 N. Third Street, Yakima

    Friday, October 26th, 5pm-7:30pm

    Free event! Wear your favorite costume (optional). Take a trip down the Haunted Hallway (if you dare). Capture the fun in the Photo Booth. Participate in fun games and activities; enjoy fa-BOO-lous food and treats.

    Halloween Trolley 2018

    October 27th and 28th, 10am-3pm both days

    It's the annual all-ages Halloween event! Trolleys will be making runs on Pine Street Line (approx. 30 minute round trip). Back at the "Haunted Power House", there will be spooky decorations and refreshments. Each child that rides will receive a free pumpkin!

    Fares: $5 per person

    Pumpkin Decorating Fun For Kids

    Saturday, October 27th, 10am-12pm

    Bring the kids to the Ahtanum Youth Park October 27th from 10AM - Noon to decorate a mini pumpkin with all kinds of fun items and take home - FREE!

    Halloween Egg Hunt & Yakima Haunt Night

    Yakima Parks & Recreation, Yakima Field House, 1015 E Lincoln Ave Suite 105, Yakima

    Sunday, October 28th

    Toddlers, up to 3 years old: 5:30pm; $5
    Ages 4-10 years old: 6:15pm; $8

    Must pre-register. Space is limited. Get your kids dressed up, grab a flashlight and have them join a spooky, fun-filled Halloween Egg Hunt. There will be bouncy houses, games and treats in a safe environment. Register online at YakimaParks.com.

    Selah Night at the Corn Maze

    Union Gap Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch, 3213 Tacoma St, Union Gap

    Monday, October 22nd, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Family Friendly; 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. Haunted

    Tickets are $5. All proceeds benefit the Selah Middle School Music Club. Buy your tickets from a band or choir student member. Hot dogs, s’mores kits, snacks and drinks are available for additional purchase.

    Spooktacular Mall-o-ween

    Saturday, October 20th, 11am-2pm

    This annual free event will feature character appearances, a craft station, and activity stations. Dress up your little ones in costume! Note: this is NOT a trick or treating event.

    Wednesday, October 31st starting at 5pm

    Do some trick-or-treating inside Valley Mall with participating main mall retailers (while supplies last). Totally fun and free!

    Steve Hahn's Trunk Or Treat

    Steve Hahn's Auto Group, 1730 S 1st St, Yakima

    Wednesday, October 31st, 3pm-8pm while supplies last.

    For the past two years, Steve Hahn was to be able to provide the community with a safe and fun enclosed trick or treating environment. This year is the third annual Trunk or Treat event. There will be only one entrance and one exit to ensure the safety of families and vendors.

    This is the 10th annual Trunk or Treat event for New Hope Yakima!

    Selah Community Halloween Party

    Selah Civic Center, 216 S 1st St, Selah

    Wednesday, October 31st from 5pm-8pm, while supplies last.

    Businesses along South 1st Street in Selah will be open for Trick or Treating. Along the way, stop by the Selah Community Halloween Party at the Civic Center. There will be games, candy and other activities sponsored by the Harvest Community Church kids and volunteers.

    A night of family fun! Free candy, free kid-friendly games, cupcakes, crafts, food and more.

    Dia de los Muertos Community Celebration

    Mighty Tieton, 608 Wisconsin Ave, Tieton

    Sunday, October 28, 12pm-5pm

    Vibrant, lively and traditional music and dance performances, face painting, arts and craft activities, sugar skull decorating, community altars, and Mexican food will be on site for purchase. View the sandpainting by Oaxacan artist Fulgencio Lazo, an altar and tzompantli installation (traditional Aztec piece) by artist and poet Raul Sanchez, a film presentation by YVTECH Digital Media Program students, and poetry by Davis High School students. Come dressed as La Catrina or El Catrin as there will be a best-dressed contest.
