Washington Ranks as One of the Best for Wildlife Protection

The United States, alone, has over 1,300 species of animals and plants that are considered endangered or threatened. The local ecosystem is all they have to keep things going but with so many variables like contruction of new livable areas, pollution, and more, it makes it harder and harder for these plants and animals to keep it going.

Charity website SmileHub found that Washignton State is one of the best states for wildlife protection.

In the study, Washington State ranked #9 in best states for wildlife protection.

The worst state is Nevada, followed by Mississippi, Kansas and Ohio.
