This Front Bumper Car Secret Is Shocking Many Drivers in WA & OR
One of my pet peeves in life is needing a tow truck. I get that icky feeling in my stomach like all hell has broken loose and I'm sinking right to the pits of Hades!
I was today years old when I found out there's a hidden compartment in my car that was crafted to help me (and millions of other drivers, too) when we need to have our vehicles towed by the front of it.
Did you hear about this already, or am I the last one to know about this secret?

The Compartment in Your Car (That Is Likely) Hiding in Plain Sight
The Family Handyman on MSN.com revealed that most modern cars have a hidden tow eye on the front bumper. It's one of those things where if you blink, you'll miss it: a little discreet box hiding in plain sight.
Not every car has one in the front, but you should check to see if you do. This car feature allows you to easily get a tow strap attached to your car.
I've never noticed that little panel before until today. I will admit, I've never watched a tow truck guys when my car got hauled away to the auto body shop. I just leave the inner working of vehicle towing to the professionals, but I think it's pretty handy thing to know about this hidden feature on your car!
So now, it's time to do a little car inspection of your own and see if you can find the hidden tow eye on your front bumper!
If you ever need a tow and can't find a local tow company to help, there's always national ones like AAA, Good Sam, and whichever one your car insurance company recommends.
