Yakima Valley College is set to host its annual Career and Transfer Fair on Monday, April 6, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Hopf Union Building (HUB).

CONNECTING YOU WITH JOBS IN THE YAKIMA VALLEY

The event is designed to connect students and recent graduates with local employers, providing a valuable platform for career exploration, networking, and on-the-spot interviews. Registration for employers interested in participating is now open.
Organizations can sign up online to reserve a spot at the fair. Participation is free, but space is limited, so interested employers are encouraged to register early.

During the event, representatives from a variety of industries will be available to discuss employment opportunities and conduct interviews with Yakima Valley College students. To maximize the benefits of the fair, the college will also offer pre- and post-event workshops focused on interview techniques, resume building, and professional networking skills. “Yakima Valley College is dedicated to providing students with hands-on training, critical thinking skills, and technical knowledge necessary for success in today’s workforce,” said YVC President Teresa Rich. “Connecting our students with local employers is one of the ways we work to strengthen our region’s economy.”
