$80,000. That's how much money Brian Harris raised this month to help the YWCA women's shelter in Yakima. Harris's Daughter, 30-year-old Emily was murdered by her husband at her Selah home on January 24, 2020. Her husband later took his own life.

AFTER THE TRAGEDY HARRIS STARTED A SPECIAL FOUNDATION

After the tragedy Harris started the Emily Harris Memorial Foundation pledging to raise money to support the Yakima YWCA Women's shelter. Earlier this month Harris entered a dog kennel in front of the Brian Harris Used Cars dealership in Selah for four days hoping to raise $50,000. Thanks to a variety of donations Harris says he was able to raise a total of $80,00.
