In Honor of President’s Day, One of my Favorites: President Clinton

It is a shame that he gets remembered more for this than anything.  No matter what, I always enjoyed watching his State of the Union addresses with my mom.  He was so smooth with his words that he could sell rubbers to a monk.  One word though comes to mind for real about this President.  Surplus.  Enough said!!!
