Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn "Beast Mode" Lynch, known as much for what he doesn't say as what he does to the media, took to the podium last night following the Hawks season-ending loss in the NFC Divisional playoff round to the Green Bay Packers and delivered some sage advice to the younger players.

Over the years, Lynch's reluctance to answer questions from the press has led to pop culture phrases like, "I'm just here so I won't get fined", "I'm just trying to stay in my lane", and "I'm just about that action, boss." Following yesterday's game, Lynch answered questions about his performance since returning to the NFL after being semi-retired, his future with the Seahawks and the NFL in general with barely audible, terse answers. After fielding a few queries, Lynch pontificated for approximately a minute with a few words of advice for younger players.
