How Does Yakima Rank in ‘Most Ethnically Diverse City’? It’s Not as High as You’d Think

They recently ranked every city on how diverse it is. I thought Yakima would be higher up on the list.

The first five belong to Jersey City, N.J., Gaithersburg, Md., Germantown, Md.D Silver Spring, Md., and Spring Valley, Nev. Maryland dominates that first five for sure.

Yakima doesn't come in until 110. Washington does make the list at No. 10 with Kent.

These are ranked on cultural diversity, ethnoracial diversity, linguistic diversity and birthplace diversity.

Least? Yeah, West Virginia has you covered there with Parkersburg coming in last place.
