Expect Delays and Detour on Highway 12 to White Pass This Week

Heads up to all headed west on Highway 12. Better add a half-hour extra to any trips this week.

Starting today through the end of this week, expect delays on U.S. 12 near the Rimrock tunnel for a detour around Tieton Reservoir Road.

The detour will be in effect 24/7 through Friday and adds about 25 minutes to the drive as work crews repave a small section of roadway west of the tunnel. The next detour along Tieton Reservoir Road will be in August for the replacement of Wildcat Creek Bridge.
