Donald Glover won the Golden Globe for Best Performance in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for Atlanta at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night (January 8).

This was Glover's second Golden Globe. The other nominees included Anthony Anderson for Black-ish, Gael García Bernal for Mozart in the Jungle, Nick Nolte for Graves and Jeffrey Tambor for Transparent.

Hosted by Jimmy Fallon, the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony took place at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Sunday, January 8, broadcast live on NBC. The 2017 Golden Globes nominees were announced on December 12, with actress Meryl Streep selected as the honoree of the year’s Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award.
