Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant (APARA) 

The Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Assistant (APARA) reports to the Accounting Manager (AM). The APARA provides financial, administrative, and clerical support associated with accounts payable and accounts receivable according to established policies and procedures. The APARA is accountable for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of AP/AR operations such as: reviewing, processing, verifying, reconciling and paying accounts payable invoices; assisting with accounts receivable deposits, invoicing and reporting. The APARA will work in accordance with GAAP (Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles) and ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory requirements and generally accepted standards and best practices to minimize any potential risk to the company.

Water Tech

Job duties:
• Apprentice Water Tech's will be responsible for inventory and loading the work vehicle with
equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Apprentice Water Tech's must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally
up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to compute basic math
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Adequate problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with
assistance
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time

• Available for afterhours callouts

Apprentice Water Tech's Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred

Drywall Hanger & Finisher

Job duties:
• Install and finish drywall with speed and accuracy
• Competent and highly efficient in drywall hanging, finishing, mud, tape and texture
• Measure, cut, fit, and fasten panels
• Prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes in panels for electrical outlets, air conditioning units, etc.
• Prepare panels for painting by taping or finishing joints
• Apply joint compound, tape, sand and finish drywall
• Work independently and be responsible for precision work

Foreman

Job duties:
• Work with estimator and client from start of each project to ensure delivery of the project scope
and vision
• Determine resources (manpower, equipment and materials) start to finish with attention to labor
costs
• Supervise crews per Baxter Construction LLC organization flow chart
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be
met
• Able to read line-item budgets and negotiate written change orders per customer request
• Conduct walks through meetings on-site with foreman and construction crew
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities and follow through to sign off of each
permit.
• Request appropriate power and water connections for projects
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) start to finish with attention
to budgetary limitations
• Supervise the work of Project Forman, leads, general laborers, etc. and give them guidance when
needed
• Responsible to review Forman clocked hours and sign off per weekly pay period
• Able to learn and use proprietary industry specific management software (DASH)
• Evaluate progress and maintain all notes, photos, updates in DASH
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and report issues taking corrective actions as needed
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management
principles
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities

Journeyman Painter

Job duties:
• Reads work order or receives instructions from supervisor or homeowner regarding painting.
• Applies masking tape drop cloths or painter’s plastic over parts and areas that are not to be
coated such as baseboards, door frames, and windows with masking tape and paper to
protect surfaces during painting.
• Smooths surfaces, using sandpaper, brushes, or steel wool, and removes old paint from
surfaces, using paint remover, scraper, wire brush, or blowtorch to prepare surfaces for
painting.
• Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler, using caulking gun
and putty knife.
• Selects premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying
substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors.
• Paints surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, and/or paint rollers.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Construction experience in multiple phases of residential and commercial projects
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

Carpenter (minimum 3 years experience)

Job duties:
• Work with Estimator, Project Manager, customer and crew from start of each project to
ensure appropriate delivery of the project scope and vision
• Manage all projects start to finish while maintaining profitability and quality of work
• Assure all permits and drawings are acquired prior to beginning of project
• Ability to read blue prints
• Installing baseboards, crowd molding, doors, windows and cabinets
• Installing finished woods and trim
• Finish rough edges
• Create a project schedule for each project
• Serve as primary contact between Estimator, customer, crew and subs
• Coordinate and Supervise the worksite leads and crew providing guidance when needed
• Evaluate job progress and maintain all notes, photos and updates in DASH
• Conduct walk through with customer and develop a punch-list to complete project.
• Conduct a punch list sign-off with customer (Customer initial each completed item on the list)
• Final project photos Taken
• Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
