From the classic Johnny Carson bit with actor Ed Ames way back in the day (1965), to 2019's John Wick Chapter 3, seeing an axe thrown and then making contact with whatever has always given me the heebie-jeebies.

If you aspire to those kind of heights or maybe you just want to blow off some steam and get rid of some of that pent-up COVID-19 angst, then the Tri-Cities only mobile axe throwing range just might be for you.

AXE KPR is located at 8425 Chapel Hill Blvd, in Pasco and they're open Thursdays and Fridays from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Saturdays Noon - 10:00 p.m. and Sundays 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. They are closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will be given a quick axe-throwing tutorial before you begin and closed-toe shoes are required to participate.

30 minute and 1-hour reservations are available online, pricing includes 30 minutes of unlimited throws for $25 or $10 for ten throws.

I'm not sure if it's a mission statement, but they have a dandy catch phrase, “The game is like darts, on steroids!”
