It's another round of who are the healthiest and least healthiest cities in the U.S. and, as it turns out, the Pacific Northwest is home to two of the healthiest cities around!

Seattle and Portland are the second- and third-healthiest cities based on health care, food, fitness and "green space" rankings. The first place spot belongs to San Francisco. Other cities in the top 10 include Washington, D.C., Scottsdale, Ariz., and even Honolulu -- which is odd as they're the Spam capital of the world. Must be all that surfing.

If gluttony is your thing, a lot of places in the South -- like Jackson, Miss., Shreveport, La., and Brownsville, Texas, -- come in last place.
