My friend, Adrianne, was telling me the other day that she and some friends went to go see a movie at Yakima Mercy Theaters. She said, "Yes, girl, we got to take the whole crew and it was only $7 each!" I had to stop in my tracks because I was like, "Hold up, did you just say the movie was only $7? Because I know for a fact that the general admission price for an adult is about $14.50 and kids are $11.00!" Adrianne responded back, "You mean to tell me you didn't know about the $7 movie Nights every Tuesday?"

Nope, nope, I didn't know! But now I do!

Whoa! $7 to see a movie. That sounds amazing right now, especially considering the way my limited budget is set up until my next paycheck!

I have been dying to see the new Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore movie and I'm sure there are some other ones I want to see too.

Just the other day, I took my eleven-year-old daughter, Willow, to go see The Bad Guys animated movie at Mercy Theaters at The Majestic in Union Gap (1919 S 14th St). That movie was so awesome by the way.

I am REALLY excited about seeing the new Dr. Strange movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, that is out in theaters on May 6th. (TIP: You can see the movie before everyone else if you go to Hallet Cinemas in Sunnyside on Thursday, May 5th. Tickets are $12 each for adults and $9.50 each for kids and Seniors.) I might just wait until next Tuesday to go see it for $7 though if I can hold out that long!!!

Anyway, if you, too, are on a limited budget, you need to take advantage of the $7 movie night and Yakima Mercy theaters. Here's the link to go see a movie.

Other movie theaters in the Yakima Valley are of course the Hallett Cinemas in Sunnyside (3400 Picard Pl) and the Grand Meridian Cinema in Ellensburg, but I don't know if either of them have any $7 movie nights or any other discounted movie nights. If you know of them, please let me know!
