Lemonade Day is a global national youth entrepreneurship program that teaches leadership and business skills by encouraging kids to launch a lemonade business in the community.

Saturday was all about building small businesses, igniting the entrepreneurial spirit in our local kids and if you missed it, OMG you better mark your calendar for next year!

The Dye Hard 5K is an untimed nighttime running event that provides participants with an opportunity to have fun with friends and family while getting covered in fluorescent-colored powder in the dark, under the glow of black lights. And don’t forget about the post-event party with music, dancing and even more powder

There's nothing quite like a tall, ice-cold glass of lemonade on a hot summer day. Even more satisfying, would be getting that glass of thirst-quenching lemonade goodness from an enterprising entrepreneur, during a huge event coming to SOZO Sports Complex in Yakima.

This past Saturday was the 3rd Annual Dye Hard 5K hosted at the SOZO Sports Complex and like always it was magical! Start thinking about next year because this is an event that the entire family can get into, and the photos, INCREDIBLE!

The Sozo Sports Complex (located at 2200 S. 36th Ave.) in conjunction with the Yakima Sports Commission has announced a three-race series of 5K runs which will kick-off with the "Yakima Super 5K" on Saturday, May 8th and followed by the "Bubbles and Brews 5K" and the "Mud, Sweat and Beers 5K" fun runs.
