I tried everything to get over the flu as quickly as possible and nothing worked. I guess the best thing you can do is take steps to prevent the spread of it.

Flu shots are available at grocery and drug stores all around the valley and the state.

A get a little bit sick every single year, but it has been years since I have gotten really super-sick. This year, though -- right after I had a flu shot -- I was flat on my beck with the worst cold I have had in a very long time.
