Washington Listed as One of the Best State Economies in America
Washington State ranked very high on a list ranked of every state on which the best and worst for state economy.

The experts at financial website Wallet Hub looked at every state in various econmy-based criteria to see where each state lands on the ranking scale.
They took economic activity rank, economic health rank, and innovation potential rank into consideration to rank every state in the United States.
Though every states help with the US economy, all of them, some have a greater impact than others due to a variety of reasons.

Which States Are Driving America's Economic Growth?
Washington State came in 2nd place which is fantastic. The only state that did better was Massachusetts came in first place with Utah in 3rd.

16th – Change in GDP
7th – Exports per Capita
13th – Startup Activity
2nd – % of Jobs in High-Tech Industries
5th – Annual Median Household Income
15th – Change in Nonfarm Payrolls
Why Startup Activity and Tech Jobs Matter in WA
Every state's economy isn't just about spending money and making money. It looks at businesses that are growing regularly, startup companies, unemployment rate, percentage of jobs in the high-tech world, and so much more.
