How far would you drive for breakfast?

An hour? 2 Hours? A half a day’s journey?

If you’re okay with driving that far, then why not do a road trip for the best ‘hole-in-the-wall’ breakfast joint?

I’m a French Toast man. That is my breakfast of choice. Big fluffy pieces of bread dipped in a mixture of eggs and milk. Cooked up, topped with butter, syrup, and if I’m feeling ‘extra’, EXTRA Crunchy Peanut Butter!

You don’t find that particular combination at any restaurants, but what you will find at Morsel in Seattle will please your taste buds and enlighten your thoughts on biscuits.

As a biscuit with a type of topping or a sandwich that’ll fill you up, this should be on your foodie destination checklist for your next trek to the west side of the state.

Morsel is located at 5000 University Way NE, Suite D, in Seattle.
