Who Should Play The Central Washington State Fair [POLL]
In the past, we have seen En Vogue, Boyz II Men and pop star Rachel Platten and the like coming to Yakima to play at the annual county fair.
This year, the Washington State Fair in Puyallup brought Macklemore, Boy George, Khalid, Seal, and comedian Gabriel Iglesias! The Benton-County Fair even brought out old school favorite, Chaka Khan!
We couldn't help but notice that there aren't any pop stars or old school R&B singers slated to perform at OUR fair, the Central Washington State Fair. I, for one, am kind of sad about this because I am not in the mood to see any country singers or rock stars in concert at the fair. I wanted to jam out to some soul music.
Perhaps the Central Washington State Fair (CWSF) committee decided this year that there is not enough community interest in booking artists and bands with some soul or pop flavor, so I have a suggestion!
I think they need to:
1) Invite me to join their selection committee;
2) Get some input from the locals!
Who would you have liked to see in concert at the fair in 2019?
