Volunteers Needed For Yakima's 'Inside Out' Art Project

Sept. 12 is really going to be an awesome day in Yakima. It is a day that I would not miss in our wonderful city. The organization I Heart Yakima has put together something that we can all share in and love -- the installation of the "Inside Out' project.

It is a beautiful art project that has been in the works for some time and will be displayed on the side of Ron's Coins & Books off of Second Street.
More than 150 black and white portraits will be printed out and put up on the side of the building. I Heart Yakima needs help the weekend of Sept. 9 to get this project done successfully.

Shift are scheduled for Saturday (Sept. 9) and Sunday (Sept. 10). Help is needed Saturday between 2-5 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. and on Sunday from 8-11 a.m., 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 2-5 p.m.

If you would like to help, just show up at one of these times! I will be there for a Saturday shift to help with this project and beautify our lovely city.
