Top 10 Best Things About The First Day Of The Central WA State Fair: Kids Version
It's finally here! Today is the first day of the 2017 Central Washington State Fair!
$1 admission and free parking from 12pm-4pm. No coupon is required. Hand stamps will not be given out until after 4pm. Carnival wristbands are $35. The carnival is open today from 12pm to 11pm.
Besides the CARNIVAL RIDES, here are the top ten things we think kids should add to the fair "To Do" list!

Price: Free with gate admission; $18 for reserved seats.Location: Coca Cola Grandstand
6pm. Sit in the bleachers for free, but if you want to get a closer spot, upgrade to a reserved seat! (Reserved seats do not include admission to the Fair.) Kids over the age of 3 years have to have their own ticket to sit in the reserved section.

Free with gate admissionLocation: Oak Park Plaza
Hands-on place for kids to run amok and explore the interactive educational displays. Daily milking schedule: 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. Complete with "a hands-on milking demonstration, chicken hatching, egg-producing hens, farmyard geese and ducks, calves, petting farm animals, sow and pig display, sheep and lamb display, beef display."

Rumor has it, they raced all the way here from Alaska! (Wink!) Come watch the amazing pigs run the 100-yard dash and do 50-yard high hurdles. Presented by Tree Top. Three races today at 3pm, 5pm & 7pm.
