Halloween recipe
Dark red is the color that we are always aiming for when Halloween comes around and we're trying to mix up some realistic-looking fake blood.
Here are the four key ingredients:
Eight ounces of water
16 ounces of powdered sugar
A one-ounce bottle of red food coloring
A tablespoon of cocoa powder
