It Is National Wine Day — I Cannot Wait For Yakima Uncorked

In celebration of National Wine Day, it is only fitting that I make me some creamy pesto with bow pasta, a beautiful steak and some yummy corn. That is exactly what I had and to finish it off, a nice glass of white wine. Yummy! I love finding out different ways and different dishes to pair wines with. And on June 24 at Yakima Uncorked in downtown Yakima, there will be some experts on hand to help us do just that. There will be just about every type of wine under the sun there.

I love hearing about what kinds of wines they think would go good with seafood, steak or even dessert. My favorite wine is a dessert wine! Yummy again.
