If School is Delayed, Breakfast IS Still Served, but Also on a Delay

The Yakima School District wants to ensure no child goes hungry when school is in session, even if school is on a two-hour delay. If school is delayed two hours, breakfast is still served, but at a two-hour delay as well which is 10:15 a.m. for elementary school.

And, if you're wondering, yes, lunch is just an hour after that. Just think of breakfast as a light brunch.

I can't confirm about the other school districts, but Yakima School District is taking care of its students.
