There were smiles, food and good times in my hometown of Wapato at this year's 72nd Annual Wapato Harvest Festival. And this year there were a few changes. The Labor Day festivities started off with the parade that had a new route. The parade was dedicated to the teachers of the Wapato School District. People lined the streets of Wapato to see all the float entries.

The parade ended at Wapato Lions Park, where everyone enjoyed the food and entertainment. With bouncy houses. A human Foosball tournament And of course the food.

Quick shout-out to everyone who helped put on this year's event.
